'Excellent Customer service and communication'.

Sent my very poorly Vic 20, eBay buy with no screen output. Good communication back and forth explaining what was wrong and required doing before starting work and allowed me the choice to buy and continue or get returned. I received my computer back fairly quickly, fully working and recapped.

Very honest and approachable with a good working knowledge. I would definitely recommend and have since sent a problematic ZX Spectrum to him for repair.
