These Z80A CPUs are fully compatible with the Zilog Z80A and other Z80A clones. They are new old stock from the early 1980's, are tested to work well in a Sinclair Spectrum with a Multiface, which also tests the M1 line. If your Spectrum doesn't work with a Multiface this could be what you need!

This Z80A is also suitable for the ZX81, the Amstrad CPC range (including the Plus), and can also be used in the Commodore 128 as its CP/M processor.
