Brand New (old stock) ZX8301 - the "Master Chip" of the Sinclair QL. This is the chip that dies most frequently in a QL; something as simple as insertion or removal of a monitor while the QL is turned on is often enough to kill a ZX8301.
These chips have been used once to test, but are otherwise brand new, dating from 1985.
