Shipping of larger items is done using a courier service, smaller items will be posted by Royal Mail using first class postage. Sending abroad will require extra postage to be paid, but we never charge much more than it costs us! Please ask us how much shipping would be if you’re not sure, and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns of faulty items are available within one month for either a replacement or a refund if no stocks are available. Please ask us for a returns number before returning anything.
